Do Not Pray Such Prayers:
Do not pray that your enemy should die or suffer.
Do not pray that those who hate you should die or suffer.
Do not pray that those who are causing trouble in your life should die or suffer.
Do not pray that those who have hurt you should die or suffer.
Do not pray evil against your enemy.
Please don’t pray such prayers as others do. Some people love to pray that their enemies should die; and whosoever is behind their problems or situations should die or suffer or will never see peace. Such prayers are not right and it’s evil because it’s contrary to GOD’S WORD, and anything contrary to GOD’S WORD is evil.
As a Christian, you should know that all your problems or troubles are caused by the devil and his demons. The devil may use your fellow brothers or sisters or friends or whosoever to carry out his works of killing, stealing and destruction. Demons don’t die. Cast them out of your life and tell them not to return in JESUS’ NAME.
Every soul on earth is valuable to GOD and it is not the Will of GOD for anyone to perish. Since it is not the will of GOD for anyone to perish then while are you praying for someone who has done evil to you to die? When such people die without repenting and believing in JESUS, they are going to hell. What will you benefit if he/she dies and go to hell? Instead, you should pray for them to repent from their evil deeds so that they will not perish. The HOLY SPIRIT says, “And the LORD’S Servant must not be quarrelsome but kindly to everyone, an apt teacher, forbearing, correcting his opponents with gentleness. GOD may perhaps grant that they will repent and come to know the truth, and escape from the snare of the devil, after being captured by him to do his will (2 Timothy 2:24).”
Listen to what JESUS CHRIST our LORD and SAVIOR said, “Love your enemies, do good to those who hate you, bless those who curse you, and pray for those who abuse you.” HE also said, “…Pray for those who persecute you (Matthew 5:44).” So, anyone who is praying for others to die is not doing the Will of GOD but the will of the devil.
In some churches, they pray for their enemies to dies and whosoever is behind their problems should die. This is wrong and evil. Please don’t pray like them.
GOD ALMIGHTY ransomed all men with the precious blood of HIS SON, JESUS. That’s why when one sinner repents, there’s joy in heaven. We therefore have the responsibility of Soul Winning, and not to pray for others to die. We are responsible for taking HIS Gospel to the end of the earth; the salvation of souls should be our passion.
Always do the Will of GOD, and anything contrary to GOD’S WORD don’t do it. The WORD of GOD is the Will of GOD. Don’t follow evil traditions in your denominations but listen to JESUS and do HIS WORD.
Take note of this that anything contrary to GOD’S WORD is evil.
